Packed with surprises – Good and Bad
Breakfast choices were fantastic, with superb quality and attentive service. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making for a pleasant stay. Spa facilities like the jacuzzi and saunas add a touch of luxury too.
Uncomfortable nights due to missing A/C made it tough to get quality sleep. There's also inconsistency with the room cleaning, impacting the overall experience. High prices for additional services felt exaggerated.

Had an amazing time with friends! The place is perfect for winter sports, and we explored the stunning slopes. Don't miss out on the Cigar Club for some fine cigars and a chill atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly. Such a delightful stay!
For skiers, there was no info upon arrival regarding getting to the slopes. They should have offered a free shuttle or at least provided better guidance.
